Our indoor production methods have minimal environmental impact, and our facilities are certified in compliance with best management practices by Whole Foods Market, Inc. Our stringent, environmentally sound methods ensure quality and traceability all the way from egg to market. We currently offer tilapia and redfish for live and fresh markets.
