About Us
We are a local vegetable fermentery located in the Tri-Cities, the commercial hub for one of the largest mixed agriculture regions in the United States. Our mission is to provide locally produced and fermented foods for regional food sustainability by developing community through food, authentic relationships, inclusivity of all people, the valor of artisanship and craftsmanship, and discovery of new tastes.
