Surlee Supplies and Lone Star Taco

We are developing two businesses: Lone Star Taco, Will be a high volume small Breakfast Taco joint based in Brooklyn, NY. We'll use local ingredients as much as possible, the menu is limited:egg tacos, meat tacos, veg tacos and toppings. Surlee Supplies, will grow from our Taco Business as a farm-to-market grocery store and cafe. It will host fresh produce, meats, dairy, fish and dry goods, plus serve a selection of prepared goods.
