Hellgate Farm is a collective of backyard and rooftop farms in Astoria and LIC, founded in 2011. Our programs consist of apprenticeships and internships for people interested in getting their hands in the dirt, Restaurant Supported Agriculture (RSA) and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), a line of delicious value-added products, farm to table dinners, and more! We work to promote urban farming and sustainable living within our community, providing opportunities for people interested in these practices to connect, learn and share delicious meals!
